The world’s most durable laminate floors have a surface that is as hard as titan. The patented TitanX™ surface is manufactured with a multi-layer construction that gives outstanding wear, impact and scratch resistance.

Whereas other laminate floors only receive one protective layer, we apply two or three additional layers on top. We also add aluminium oxide particles for maximum wear resistance. An extra layer with aluminium oxide particles protects the floor from scratches and makes a PERGO^® floor over three times more scratch resistant compared to competitive laminate flooring on the market. The multi-layer construction also contains one or two thick core papers that give outstanding impact resistance.

Pergo is constantly coming up with new trend-setting innovations. The pioneering SoftTech™ technology now makes floors much quieter thanks to a soundproofing layer under the laminate. In addition, it has a significant cushioning effect that makes the floor much more comfortable to walk on.

Pergo’s soundproofing SoundBloc™ is a feature of all PERGO^® floors. SoundBloc™ is an underlay that is glued to the underside of the plank. It reduces the noise from the floor much better that loose underlays.
